Moses Lake Police Department

Jan. 4

  • Report of unknown subject attempting to gain entrance to a residence in the 400 block of North Crestview Drive. Subject was chased off by a neighbor’s dog and didn’t enter the residence. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a brown coat.
  • A 46-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for possession of a controlled substance and forgery. The man allegedly attempted to pass a fake $100 bill by asking a customer at a Moses Lake bank to cash it for him.
  • A 24-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and resisting arrest. The man was arrested after a dispute between roommates.
  • Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 600 block of Ironwood Drive. Driver of vehicle 2 was eastbound on Ironwood when driver of vehicle 1 backed out of his driveway, hitting vehicle 2 in the front right panel. Driver of vehicle 2 was cited for improper backing.
  • Two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 911 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 turned onto Stratford, southbound, started to spin and hit the back of vehicle 2, northbound. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for going too fast for conditions.
  • Report of burglary and theft in the 800 block of South A Street. Burglars broke in sometime between Dec. 18 and Jan. 4 and stole cleaning supplies, household items and home appliances, valued at $1,100.
  • Report of theft from a porch in the 3000 block of West Dusty Street. Victim said she ordered items through the mail and was told the packages were delivered, but she never received them.
  • Subject turned himself in at the juvenile office in Moses Lake. He was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding warrant.
  • Subject turned himself in at a business at 1234 South Pioneer Way, and was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding warrant.
  • Report of vehicle prowl in the 2300 block of West Peninsula Drive. Victim’s car was entered overnight and bank cards stolen.
  • A 15-year-old boy was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after a domestic dispute.

 

Jan. 5

  • Report of window broken on a vehicle in the 1300 block of North Buell Drive. Damage is estimated at $250 to $300.
  • A 22-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
  • Report of slashed tires on all vehicles parked at a residence in the 600 block of South Barbara Avenue. Subjects apparently pulled up in a car, slashed the tires and fled in the car. Damage estimated at $600.

Ephrata Police Department

Jan. 4

  • EPD received a report of a subject jumping into traffic. The subject was located in Safeway. He said he slipped and fell. He appeared to be intoxicated and was warned to stay out of the street.

Grant County Sheriff’s Office

Jan. 3

  • Deputies received a report of a man refusing to leave someone’s residence.
  • A woman reported that a subject was outside her house screaming at her daughter to open the door.

 

Jan. 4

  • A woman reportedly heard yelling and stuff hitting walls.
  • A white male in overalls was reportedly seen siphoning gas out of a vehicle.

Jan. 3

  • Cristie Lemons, 33, transient, was booked on a Grant County District Court warrant.
  • Jerrie Fordham, 35, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for first-degree trespassing and resisting arrest.
  • Joshua Brown, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCDC warrant.
  • Jackson Wyatt Jr., 53, of Warden, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.
  • Brazen Penfield, 25, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on first-degree criminal trespassing and making or having burglar tools.
  • Rolando Arredondo, 49, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant and a GCDC warrant.
  • Francisco Calletano, 30, of Othello, was booked on a GCDC warrant.

 

Jan. 4

  • Jordan Tebow, 32, of Moses Lake, was arrested on a Department of Corrections order.
  • James Nazworthy, 46, of Ephrata, was booked on a DOC arrest order.
  • Jeremy Parr, 38, was booked on a DOC arrest order.
  • Michael Solis, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on three GCDC warrants.
  • Kyle Schulz, 31, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a DOC arrest order.
  • Alice Zavala, 54, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections arrest order.
  • Randy Cameron, 54, of Ephrata, was arrested for possession of depiction of minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
  • Alkareem Shadeed, 46, of Moses Lake, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent.
  • Kevin Gudde, 24, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.
  • Daniel Charpentier, 29, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a DOC arrest order.

 

Jan. 5

  • Jaime Hernandez Jr., 20, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections warrant and on a warrant out of Benton County.
  • Taveres Bowman, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Whatcom County warrant.
