James Randall Chittock, 55, resident of Moses Lake, Wash., passed away on Saturday, Jan. 2 at his home surrounded by loved ones after a short, but courageous battle with cancer. A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016 at the United Methodist Church, 746 S. Ironwood Dr., Moses Lake.
