Moses Lake Police Department

Feb. 25

  • A woman reportedly selected diapers and wipes from Walmart and returned the items with a receipt from a prior purchase.
  • Report of an erratically driven vehicle in the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue. The vehicle was located and the male driver was found to be driving under the influence.
  • Police contacted a woman in the area of North Stratford Road and West Knolls Vista Drive who was reportedly walking in and out of traffic. Police searched the woman and found methamphetamine on her.
  • A woman reported unknown suspects used her Sears credit card and made about $1,550 in fraudulent charges.
  • Report of a 17-year-old boy punching a 17-year-old girl in the shoulder in the 400 block of South Balsam Street. The boy reportedly punched the girl during an argument because she didn't eat lunch with him. The boy was gone when police arrived at the scene.
  • A man reportedly self-employed himself at a car wash on Pioneer Way despite not being employed at the business. He was reportedly wiping down cars, picking up garbage and sitting down by some towels waving at cars. The suspect was gone when police arrived at the scene.
  • A student at Chief Moses Middle School was found to be in possession of marijuana. The student was released to her mother and charges are going to be filed with the Grant County Prosecutor's Office.
  • A student was trespassed from a property in the 800 block of the East Colonial Avenue after he was reportedly going through a business's Dumpster.
  • A woman reported her daughter's cellphone was taken off her desk while she was at school. The woman reportedly tracked the phone to a residence on Wild Goose Road. Police contacted a boy at the residence who admitted he was planning to keep the phone and had removed the SIM card to attempt to reset it. The victim declined to press charges.
  • A woman told police a suspicious car was parked across from her residence in the 1900 block of South Stirling Avenue. Police contact the subject in the vehicle who advised she was there to serve court papers to the reporting party's mother.

Feb. 24

  • Arturo Fernandez, 39, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
  • Daryl McCauley, 41, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for violating a protection order.
  • Brazen Penfield, 25, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.
  • Anthony Gray, 44, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.
  • Reva Hindman, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCSC warrant.
  • Konstantin Sergienko, 40, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.
  • Lane Daling, 56, of Waterville, was arrested on a DOC secretary’s warrant.

 

Feb. 25

  • Ariel Martinez, 24, of Othello, was booked on a Grant County District Court warrant.
  • Mariano Pantoja, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two GCDC warrants.
  • Percy Comeslast, 37, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.
  • Travis Tate, 49, of Yakima, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary.
  • Konstantin Sells, 24, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for a DOC violation.
  • Alicia Wilson, 21, of Omak, was booked for possession of methamphetamine.
  • Angela Moore, 34, of Moses Lake, was booked on two GCSC warrants.
  • Jennifer Wallo, 33, of Seattle, was booked on two GCDC warrants.
  • Kyle Armour, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant.
  • Crystal Brill, 36, of Coulee City, turned herself in for a GCDC warrant.

 

Feb. 26

  • John Nava, 38, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCDC warrant.
  • Ruben Trevino, 45, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a GCDC warrant.
