NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD March 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a budget extension request for the following Strategic Infrastructure Program (Fund #113) projects:

• SIP# 2015-05: Port of Quincy, 13th Avenue NW Infrastructure Improvements, $150,000 (Grant) and $75,000 (Loan)

• SIP# 2015-06: City of George, Industrial Park No. 5 Street and Infrastructure Improvements, $100,000 (Grant)
