NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

SEVEN (7) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES

TAKE NOTICE:

That the Marlin Hutterian Brethren of Marlin, WA, have made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate Nos. 4414-A, 5909-A, 6051-A, 6695-A, G3-01173(B), G3-01347C, & G3-22373(A).

That Certificate No. 4414-A authorizes the withdrawal of 500 gallons per minute, 400 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 160 acres and for stock water.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is located within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 3, T.21 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is within W1/2 Sec. 3 & E1/2 Sec. 4, T. 21 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the place of use to 16.5 acres within the NE1/4 of Sec. 34, T. 22 N., and 143.5 acres within the W1/2 of Sec. 3 and E1/2 of Sec. 4, T.21 N., all within R. 30 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. 5909-A authorizes the withdrawal of 718 gallons per minute, 673 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 168 acres and for stock water.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is located within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 3, T.21 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is within the W1/2 of Sec. 3 and E1/2 of Sec. 4, all within T. 21 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the place of use to 16.5 acres within the NE1/4 of Sec. 34, T. 22 N., and 151.5 acres within the W1/2 of Sec. 3, and E1/2 of Sec. 4, T.21 N., all within R. 30 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. 6051-A authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 800 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 800 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is located within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 35, T.22 N., R.30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is all of Sec. 35 and the SE1/4 of Sec. 26, all within T.22 N., R.30 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 3.6 acres within the NE1/4 of Sec. 34, and 796.4 acres in all of Sec. 35 and the SE1/4 of Sec. 26, all within T.22 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. 6695-A authorizes the withdrawal of 800 gallons per minute, 316 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 158 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is located within the SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 35, T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is within the SE1/4 of Sec. 34, T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M., less road.

That the proposed place of use is 6 acres within the NE1/4 of Sec. 34, and 152 acres within the SE1/4 of Sec. 34, all within T.22 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. G3-01173(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 562 gallons per minute, 600 acre-fee per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 240 acres.

That the authorized points of withdrawal are located within 1) NW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 12; 2) NE1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 11, both within T.21 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is within the W1/2 of Sec. 1, T. 21 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the proposed place of use is 60 acres within the S1/2SW1/4 of Sec. 36, T. 22 N., and 180 acres within the N1/2NW1/4 and SW1/4 of Sec. 1, T. 21 N., all within R. 30 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. G3-01347C authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 1816 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 454 acres.

That the authorized points of withdrawal are located within 1) SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 35; 2) S1/2NE1/4 of Sec. 26, both within T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is within the SE1/4 and S1/2N1/2 of Sec. 26 lying westerly of the county road; all of Sec. 35; and the SE1/4 of Sec. 34, less county roads, all being within T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the place of use to 82.6 acres within the NE1/4 of Sec. 34, and 371.4 acres in the SE1/4 and S1/2N1/2 of Sec. 26 lying westerly of the county road; all of Sec. 35; and the SE1/4 of Sec. 34, less county roads, all being within T. 22 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That Certificate No. G3-22373(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 1840 gallons per minute, 902.44 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 608.8 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is located within NE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 4, T. 21 N., R. 30 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is within Sec. 4, T. 21 N., and the SW1/4 of Sec. 34, T. 22 N., and all within R. 30 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the place of use to 21.2 acres within the NE1/4 of Sec. 34, T. 22 N., and 587.6 acres within Sec. 4, T. 21 N., and the SW1/4 of Sec. 34, T. 22 N., all within R. 30 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from March 3, 2016.
