Sealed Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:00 P.M. on March 8, 2016 for Supplying OPGW for the Rocky Ford - Dover 115kV Line and the Wheeler Road Tap - Road N 115kV Rebuild as more fully described in Contract Documents 170-4127.
