Randy J. Fair, 47, a longtime Moses Lake resident and partner in the McPartland Fair Law Group in Moses Lake, passed away Feb. 18, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 at Moses Lake Presbyterian Church, 1142 W. Ivy, Moses Lake with a reception to follow.
