David E. Phillips

David E. Phillips, 55, a longtime resident of Moses Lake, passed away unexpectedly at his home in San Diego. He was born in 1960 to Myrtle A. and Jerry D. Phillips in Spokane. He graduated high school in 1978 in Moses Lake. He joined the Army right out of high school for 12 years.

He is survived by his mother Myrtle Phillips, his sisters Kay (Phillips) Wagner, Ramona Lynn Phillips, & Jill (Phillip) Colee; nieces Angela Hedwall, Melanie Bruce, Krystal Wagner, Melissa Schindler and Sarah White; nephew Ryan Colee, and many great-nieces and -nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Alberta Dowdle, his father Jerry Phillips, and his nephew Steven Mennemyer.
