  • A man was permanently trespassed from all Walmart stores after reportedly flipping a knife around in the store and disturbing customers.
  • Report of an assault on a boy that occurred sometime between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Feb. 9. The boy was reportedly transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane for treatment. The assault is under investigation.
  • A woman was cited for leaving her child in a car seat in a running vehicle in the 300 block of South Division Street.
  • Report of two unidentified males attempting to kick in the front door of a residence in the 1100 block of South Jefferson Avenue. A third suspect reportedly waited in a Ford Explorer. Two witnesses of the attempted burglary confronted the suspects and the two men fled the scene in the Explorer with the third suspect.
  • Report of an employee at a business in the 12900 block of Wheeler Road Northeast stealing pure copper granules from the company and selling them as scrap.
  • A woman was permanently trespassed from the Maiers Road Taco Bell after harassing customers.
  • A Moses Lake High School student was found to be in possession of marijuana. The student was cited for possession of marijuana under 40 grams.
  • Report of two cameras valued at $750 each stolen from the outside of a building in the 600 block of West Broadway Avenue.
  • Report of a air compressor stolen out of a garage in the 500 block of South Hawthorne Drive.
  • A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person telling her she won a prize.
  • A woman reported coming home to her residence in the 1100 block of West Cascade Avenue and finding a man sitting on her front steps. She said she approached the man and observed what appeared to be a small hand gun and told the man he needed to leave. The woman said the back door of her house was unlocked, but the house did not appear to have been entered. Police could not find the suspect.
  • A woman told police a man in a small truck cut her off and threw a beer bottle out of a window. Police contacted the man at Endeavour Middle School. He said he did cut the woman off, but advised he did not throw a beer bottle. Police did not find beer bottles in his vehicle, but found a small amount of marijuana. The man was permitted to have the marijuana and told to leave school property.
