NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: Relocation of the Dieringer Dairy.

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: Relocation of the Dieringer Dairy. This will include construction of six (6) pole buildings totaling approximately 117,120 sq. ft., a waste lagoon and feed storage. The property is located on the North side of Rd. 10 NE, just north of Moses Lake International Airport being Section 7, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #17-0917-000.

After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.

The public is invited to comment on this MDNS by submitting written comments to Tyler Lawrence at the above address no later than 5 pm on February 25, 2016.
