  • A stallion was reported running at large. The caller said that the stallion was trying to get to his parents’ mares.
  • Four different residents reported fraudulent phone calls in which the caller claimed to be from the IRS.
  • A woman reported that two puppies were dropped off at her home.
  • A Rottweiler was reported running at large.
  • A man reported his bank card was stolen.
  • A one-vehicle accident occurred in which the driver stated that she had been texting.
  • A caller reported mortgage fraud, but refused to elaborate or to identify himself.
  • Signs were reported stolen from a business. The party said that her competitor had stolen and repainted them.
  • A woman reported that a male suspect had been trespassing on her property over the weekend.
  • A car was reported struck in a driveway.
  • A small child was found walking by herself and had almost been hit by a vehicle.
  • Three teenage girls were seen entering a building on private property. The girls were driving a maroon Avalanche.
  • A woman reported being threatened by a homeowner while taking pictures of the residence for a bank.
  • A Spanish-speaking male called to report domestic violence. Dispatchers could hear a female voice in the background shouting “Stop hitting! You’re going to jail for domestic violence, you little b****!”
  • A male was reported lying face-down in the dirt.
  • A male was reported tagging an old building with an aerosol can.
  • A man was reported being aggressive toward a juvenile.
  • A wooden box was reported in the roadway.
  • A man called to report that he had gotten one of his stolen firearms back.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported. The caller said it had been parked there for three days.
  • A woman was reported walking along the side of the road.
  • A woman reported that a male had struck her and taken her son.
  • A roommate was reported going crazy.

  • David Watkins, 40, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections arrest order.
  • Gabriela Ocampo, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on theft of a motor vehicle.
  • Juan Cordova, 33, of Othello, was arrested and booked on fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
  • Heriberto Arevalo, 34, of Yakima, was arrested and booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant.
  • Juan Barajas, 23, of Ephrata, was booked on violation of probation.
  • Slade Fortner, 22, of Royal City, was booked for a DOC arrest order.
  • Melissa Kipp, 33, of Leavenworth, was booked for a DOC arrest order.
  • Donald Ulman, Jr., 34, of Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), two Grant County District Court warrants and a GCSC warrant.
  • Kyle Schulz, 31, of Ephrata, was booked for possession of methamphetamine.
  • Nansi Gomez, 32, of Quincy, was booked on welfare fraud.
  • Juan Mendez, 41, transient, was booked for a DOC arrest order.
  • Joe Henson, 38, of Moses Lake, was booked for a DOC arrest order.
  • Damein Powell, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on two Idaho warrants.
  • Marcie Meier, 27, of Spokane, was booked for a DOC warrant.
