Milton A. Eidahl

Milton A. Eidahl, age 86, of Othello, Wash., passed away Feb. 1, 2016 at his home. He was born in Ryder, N.D. Feb. 25, 1929.

Milton graduated from Ryder High School’s class of 1947. He was married to Donna Clair Marion in 1961 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Together they had three children: Terry, Cindy and James.

Milton was a farmer for most of his life. He owned and operated a dairy in Clayton, Wash. He was a member of the Pilgrim Lutheran Church and past president of the Othello Grange. He had a passion for woodworking and for his family. Milton was also one of the early members of the Othello chapter of Habitat for humanity. H

e was survived by his wife, Donna C. Eidahl of Othello, Wash.; his son, Terry Eidahl of Moses Lake, Wash., his daughter and caretaker, Cindy Eidahl of Othello, Wash., and son, James (Jennifer) Eidahl of Portland, Ore. and daughter-in-law Marlyn Eidahl. He is also survived by his brother Wallace (Lois) Eidahl of Saint George, Utah, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents, Anton and Anna Eidahl; his sisters Crystal Slind, and Elain Walbert and his brother Clarence Johnson.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, at the Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Othello, Wash., with burial to follow at Bess Hampton Memorial Gardens. To leave an online condolence to the family, please visit our website at www.stevensfc.com.
