Harold Marcus (Mark) Carroll

April 4, 1956 – January 29, 2016

Harold Marcus (Mark) Carroll, 59, longtime Wilson Creek, Wash. resident, died Jan. 29, 2016. Mark, or “Mouse” as he was known to many of his friends, was born April 4, 1956 to Floyd and Helen (Price) Carroll. The family spent many years in Ephrata before moving to Wilson Creek in 1970.

Mark worked in concrete construction following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his dogs he owned through the years, including Howdy 1, Howdy 2 and Jane. He loved to cook anything barbecued and the family always looked forward to his famous baked beans at the holidays.

Mark is survived by his daughter, Starr Carroll of Moses Lake, mother Helen Carroll and sister Debbie Sharp of Wilson Creek, sister Patty Vehrs of Moses Lake and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his father Floyd Carroll.

A Celebration of Life potluck luncheon will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Wilson Creek Park.
