Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on January 27, 2016 from AeroTEC LLC (Designated Contact: Lydig Construction, 830 N Columbia Ctr Blvd, Suite G, Kennewick, WA 99336, 509-987-1818) was found to be technically complete on February 01, 2016. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: The internal addition and change of use from light manufacturing to approximately 11,000 square feet of office space. The office addition will be 2 levels and will include the addition of a 1,132 square foot flight simulator room. The addition will change the use and occupancy classification from F-1 to B. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at 7988 Andrews St. NE, Moses Lake WA and is located in the NW quarter of Section 33, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #17-1020-000). ZONING: Grant County International Airport. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
