October 28, 1941 – January 18, 2016

Norma L. Sell, 74, Moses Lake resident, passed away Jan. 18, 2016 at Samaritan Hospital surrounded by family. An open house Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Feb. 20 from 12-3 p.m. at Jamison’s Event Center, 605 E. Nelson Rd. Norma was born Oct. 28, 1941 to Pauline M. (Sermon) and Wiley E. McMurtrey. She was the youngest of six children, born and raised in Mountain Home, Idaho on the family ranch. She married Donald R. Sell in June of 1957.

They were blessed with three children, Raelee (Pat) MacMaster of Entait, Wash., Donald R. Sell, Jr. (Terry) and Roxanne (Rod) Ronk. There are 10 grandchildren, Rhianna (Korey) Montgomery of Renton, Wash., Olivia MacMaster of Wenatchee, Wash., Jessica (Tony) Russell, Amanda (Ryan) Carpenter, Whitney Sell, Haley Sell, CiJi Hintz (Tracy), Sara (Robby) Jackson, Heather (Nate) Wurl of Ephrata, Wash., Daulton (Lianna) Ronk of Blaine, Wash.; eight great-grandchildren, Mason Montgomery of Renton, Cambell Carpenter, Rhett Smith, Austin and Jordan Jackson, Lain, Hayden and Jayelyn Wurl of Ephrata. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Karen and George Sasz of Mountain Home, Idaho; sister-in-law, Shirley McMurtrey of Boise, Idaho. There are numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister and her husband of nearly fifty years in 2006.

She was deeply loved and will be missed by all.
