Sports roundup: Karstetter, Phillips lead Moses Lake past Coronado
GOODYEAR, Ariz. — Ryan Karstetter and Zach Phillips combined for 40 points to lead Moses Lake past Coronado 57-36.
Karstetter scored a game-high 26 points and Phillips added 14.
Moses Lake led 33-22 at halftime, but stifled the Dons over the final 16 minutes to allow just 14 points. More, the Dons were held to 27 percent from the field in the second half, shooting 32 percent for the game.

San Bernadino 67, Big Bend 62
MESA, Ariz. — Big Bend’s comeback big fell short against San Bernadino in the opening round of the Fiesta Bowl Junior College Shootout, losing 67-62.
The Runnin’ Vikes fell behind 33-19 at halftime before staging a second-half comeback.
Jacob McCord led the way for Big Bend with 26 points and 18 rebounds.

Big Bend 74, Edmonds 34
MT. VERNON — Big Bend led by as much as 41 points, routing Edmonds 74-34.
The Vikings held the Tritons to single digit scoring in the first three quarters.
Kelsey Foster scored 24 points.
