Bill Frank

Bill Frank, age 83, born March 31, 1933, died December 15, 2016.

Bill was known as a kind, caring, generous, and dedicated man. His life was defined and shaped by his grandparents who raised him in Missouri, his military and civilian careers and the family he loved. His many experiences were retold with reverence for his upbringing, his work and the people he worked with, and his friends and acquaintances. From those who knew him well to encounters with strangers, while most often in his jean bib overalls, he had a presence not soon, or ever, forgotten.

Bill’s wife, Joan, remains the loving wife, mother, and grandmother as always. His son Doug and wife Karen, with daughter Miranda and son Quinten; daughter Sheila Wells and husband Peter, with sons Jacob and wife April, and Christopher; and daughter Colleen Roth and husband Ron with daughters Courtney and Brynn celebrate his life. He joins his son Joel in death.

This family appreciates the kindness and time of those who have helped Bill, and us, from diagnosis to this end. Our hearts are together with all those who touched his.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
