Report of an electro-fusion machine stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of South Melva Lane.
A man reported someone stayed in his vehicle overnight in the 1500 block of North Mary Street.
A man reported a man called him on the phone and claimed a bank wanted him to pay them $50,000.
A man was arrested for hit-and-run after striking a person who was pushing shopping carts in the Walmart parking lot.
Report of an assault between two middle school students at Frontier Middle School.
Report of a black Chevrolet Suburban colliding into a stop sign in the area of West Marina Drive and South Gibby Drive and fleeing the scene. Police could not locate the vehicle in the area.
Walmart reported a man was inside their store acting aggressive toward employees and refusing to leave. The man was gone when police arrived.
Report of a female using two fraudulent $20 bills at a restaurant in the 2000 block of Broadway Avenue.
A man was arrested for suspicion of DUI after he was pulled over during a traffic stop on West Broadway Avenue. A MLPD officer observed an open container of alcohol in the suspect's vehicle and the officer reportedly smelled intoxicants on the suspect's breath.

An unknown subject in a black hoodie broke out a window at a business in the 800 block of East Broadway Avenue and stole $984 worth of power tools.
Report of an unknown subject kicking in a door at a residence in the 1100 block of East Hill Place.
A woman reported an unknown suspect attempted to siphon fuel from two of her vehicles in the 1100 block of South Ashley Way.
An unknown subject grabbed electronics from Walmart and fled to a vehicle parked in the back parking lot.
A woman reported a man stole a package that was in her mailbox in the 400 block of South Laguna Drive. The suspect was confronted and denied stealing the package. The woman told the suspect she was going to call the police and he reportedly gave the package back.
Report of a vehicle stolen in the 1100 block of East Hill Avenue.
Moses Lake police assisted county units in apprehending a vehicle theft suspect who wrecked the stolen vehicle and fled on foot. The suspect attempted to steal fuel before he was located and was shot at twice by a farmer. The man was arrested on Road 5 and taken to Samaritan Hospital for treatment of injuries. At the hospital the suspect threatened two other people and had to be tackled by a paramedic and restrained before police arrived.
A man and woman were arrested for fourth-degree assault after head butting each other.
Report of a male wrapped up in a blanket in the 600 block of South Pioneer Way. The suspect was contacted and advised he was fine and heading to the Warming Center.
Dec. 18
Report of three subjects stealing two bottles of liquor from a store in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road. The suspects were permanently trespassed from the business and advised of pending charges for third-degree theft.
Report of a shop heater stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of Bell Road Northeast.
A man reported damage done to his vehicle in a parking lot in the 900 block of West Central Drive.
Report of two juveniles on the ice covering the lake near the Alder Street Fill. Police could not locate the two juveniles.
A woman advised of an erratically driven vehicle on West Broadway Avenue. The vehicle was located and the driver was contacted by police.
A woman was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief and disorderly conduct after breaking out a window on a vehicle at Papa's Casino. The suspect followed the victim around town and attempted to further damage the victim's vehicle.
Report of a hit-and-run collision in the 900 block of North Stratford Road. The driver of a silver Honda Pilot backed into another vehicle and left the scene without exchanging information with the driver of the other vehicle.

A woman reported that there was a trail of footprints in the snow between her residence and her neighbors’, and that the neighbors have a history of theft.
A man reported that his stepson was walking down the road with two backpacks full of stolen items.
A man reported that his neighbor keeps calling and threatening him and his family.
A woman reported that her vehicle had been broken into.
Unknown subjects were reported walking down the street with a TV.

A woman reported that her daughter hurt her.
A shed and truck were reportedly broken into.
A male complainant reported that his ferret had been stolen and sold.
Dec. 18
A 1994 GMC Suburban was reported stolen. A man reported that his neighbor’s dog had gotten into his yard and killed livestock.
A man reported that an unknown subject was doing brodies on the road and took out his neighbor’s mailbox.
A woman reported trespassers on her property.
A female caller reported that her boyfriend was trying to kill her.

Dec. 16
Luke Mickle, 33, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.
Jason Anderson, 22, of Moses Lake, was booked for hit-and-run (injury).
Holly Minerd, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft.
Raymond Martinez, 44, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant.
Robert Jones, 41, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to stop/obey an officer.
Dec. 17
Amanda Lasley, 35, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
Mayra Rojas, 28, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Eliazar Sanchez, 22, of Quincy, turned himself in for a one-day commitment for DUI.
Stacey Hubert, 35, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
Carlos Santacruz, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for attempted third-degree assault and inferring with a healthcare facility.
Dillon Craig 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.
Dec. 18
Brian Power, 32, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of meth.
Armando Rubio Jr., 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Natalin Jones, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree malicious mischief.
