Dec. 13

Report of a 2008 Dodge Ram pickup truck stolen from a residence in the 2300 block of West Peninsula Drive.

Report of a residence in the 1600 block of West Fern Drive burglarized. Forced entry was made into the house and $50 in light bulbs were stolen.

A man was cited for speeding too fast for conditions after crashing his vehicle into a fire hydrant in the area of South Hamilton Road and East Burr Avenue.

A woman reported hearing someone outside of her residence in the 800 block of North Westshore Drive. Footprints were found in the woman's yard, but no suspect was located.

A man was arrested for fourth-degree assault and possession of methamphetamine after striking his girlfriend, causing her to fall to the ground.

Report of several items stolen out of a vehicle parked in the Safeway parking lot.

A man reported an intoxicated male showed up to his door claiming to be a police officer.

Report of a juvenile running away from home to visit his girlfriend in Soap Lake. The boy was listed as a runaway, but later returned home.

A purse was reported stolen outside of Quincy.

A man reported items stolen from his shop.

A woman reported finding her house burglarized.

A box filled with stolen mail was reportedly dropped off at a residence.

Dec. 13

A woman reported seeing someone looking at her vehicle with a flashlight.

A woman reported her vehicle stolen.

A large, aggressive dog was reported running loose on the Base.

Grant County Jail

Dec. 13

Cody Flores, 21, of Spokane, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Patrick Walker, 27, no city of residence listed, was arrested for second-degree theft, second-degree possession of stolen property and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Priscilla Balderas, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCDC commitment for third-degree theft.

Terrance Jim, 18, of Grand Coulee, was booked for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon on school property and minor in possession of alcohol.

Peggy Sangster, 55, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for probation violations.

William Laroque, 33, of Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamine and fourth-degree assault.

Shawna Hernandez, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC detainer.

Nadine Valdez, 37, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Omar Herrera, 21, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Shelena Baker, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked on three counts of forgery, four counts of second-degree possession of stolen property, four counts of first-degree possession of stolen property and four counts of identity theft.

Rodney Ezell, 28, of Quincy, was arrested on two counts of residential burglary.

Konstantin Sergienko, 40, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC order.
