A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Benton County felony warrant.
A 28-year-old man was arrested for second-degree theft (domestic violence).
Report of check fraud. Subject opened an account last week at a bank at 402 S. Ash, and over the weekend deposited checks alleged to be stolen.
Report of a bicycle stolen at a residence in the 1000 block of South Division Street. Bike was stolen sometime between 11 p.m. and noon. It is described as an orange mountain bike, estimated value, $85.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants after allegedly causing a disturbance at the Moses Lake Post Office, 223 W. Third Ave.
Report of attempted mail fraud. Reporting party received a letter claiming her son was involved in a theft case in Benton County and demanding money. The subject didn't answer when police called the number.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for theft of mail, an outstanding Benton County warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license, and an outstanding Chelan County warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of heroin and attempting to elude law enforcement.

Abram Thoul, 28, Kennewick, was booked into the Grant County Jail on outstanding Benton County warrants for second-degree robbery and third-degree theft.
Americo Deleon, 36, Othello, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections order.
Mariano Santoyo Pantoja, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree theft (domestic violence).
Patrick Wyena, Jr., 38, Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.
Benjamin Starkweather, 43, no address listed, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Gunnar Best, 20, transient, was booked for mail theft, second-degree driving with a suspended license, and outstanding Chelan County warrants for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a stolen police vehicle and attempting to elude law enforcement.
