Dec. 9

Report of vehicle prowls in the parking lot at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. A 26-year-old man was caught in the act and arrested for possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia and being a felon in possession of ammunition (one .40 caliber bullet).

Report of domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1000 block of West Windrose Drive. Subject allegedly got in a verbal argument with the victims and pointed a gun at them. A 43-year-old man was arrested for second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of debit card theft. Victim said he lost his debit card, then noticed unauthorized suspects took money from his account.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Third Avenue and North Fig Street. Driver of vehicle 1 said he didn't see vehicle 2 and pulled out into the road. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Report of panhandling at a business at 517 Pioneer Way. The man, no age given, was asking people for gas money, and the reporting party saw several people give him money. Reporting party said he was calling the police, and the man ran away. Police located the vehicle and found the subject had an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant and a Grant County misdemeanor warrant. He ran away but was apprehended after a short pursuit, found hiding underneath the HV/AC units at a business.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of SR 17 and North Grape Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 said he didn't see vehicle 2 and turned onto Grape Drive, hitting vehicle 2. He was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Report of theft at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Two subjects, one a juvenile, were observed leaving the store with about $398.10 in unpaid merchandise. Both subjects fled on foot, but the juvenile was caught and cited.

Dec. 10

Report of theft in the 500 block of South Sycamore Lane. Unidentified suspects stole the cover off a car sometime overnight. Estimated value, $180.

Report of two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident in the 200 block of West Ridge Road. Reporting party's vehicle was hit by a passing car that didn't stop.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of recovered property in the 1000 block of West Charlotte Street. Reporting party was shoveling snow and found a camera bag in the bushes, which contained debit cards stolen from mailboxes and checks stolen from the garbage, both belonging to neighbors. Case is under investigation.

Unknown vehicle ran over a stop sign at the intersection of South Peterson Place and West Peninsula Drive.

A 24-year-old man was arrested after he attempted to conceal items in his car. The man and another subject were engaged in moving items from a storage unit to the car when law enforcement arrived. The man jumped into the front seat of the car and began to conceal items under the seat and did not stop despite commands to do so. The vehicle was towed, pending a search warrant.

Report of two-vehicle non-injury accident at the intersection of West Knolls Vista Drive and Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was making left turn onto West Knolls Vista and turned in front of vehicle 2

Report of fraud. Unknown subject had used victim's information to buy a new phone and had it shipped to Philadelphia.

Report of two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident in the 900 block of South Balsam Street. Unknown vehicle failed to negotiate the turn at Ninth Avenue and slid into parked vehicle 2, then fled the scene.

Report of theft. Victim said she left her diaper bag at a business at 1075 West Broadway, but it was missing when she returned. The bag contained her wallet and baby clothes, and she discovered withdrawals totaling $500 had been taken from her account.

Subject ran away from a traffic stop, and was tracked through the snow to a residence in the 4000 block of Miller Drive. A 52-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant, a 35-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding warrants for possession of stolen property and fraud, a 22-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and a 21-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving without a valid driver's license.

Dec. 11

A 24-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 2000 block of West Broadway Ave. Reporting party said someone stole consumer electronics and keys, estimated value $15.

Report of two-vehicle accident in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 was making a left turn onto Nelson, and was hit by vehicle 2. Both drivers claimed they had the green light.

Report of DUI in the parking lot of a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. A 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin, second-degree possession of stolen property, forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Report of theft at a residence in the 8000 block of Charles Road NE. Victim said thieves stole tools, Christmas decorations, a generator and an ATV sometime during the week of Dec. 5. Estimated value of the stolen items is $7,500.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Adams County complaint.

Dec. 12

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1500 block of North Mary Street. Unknown suspect broke a passenger side window in the car and stole a pistol, described as a Smith and Wesson 9mm.

A male subject was reported going around knocking on doors.

A woman reported that a money order had been stolen from her mailbox and cashed.

Vehicles were reportedly broken into and money taken from them.

A package was reported stolen from a mailbox.

A woman reported that a loose dog had jumped up and bitten her, and now had her trapped in the house.

A woman reported that her daughter was approached by another juvenile on the school bus about cocaine.

An 8-year-old child was reported missing on the Base.

A woman reported that she came home and found her door wide open.

A bicycle was reported stolen.

Dec. 11

A burglary was reported at the National Guard Armory.

A man reported that his father’s trailer and shop had been broken into.

A towing company reported finding a handgun under the seat of a towed vehicle.

A woman reported receiving messages from a subject against whom she had a no-contact order.

A female caller reported that her mother’s boyfriend was hitting the mother.

Dec. 12

A man reported that a male subject punched him and threatened him with a knife on the golf course.

Tools and chemicals were reported stolen from the shop at an orchard.

Diamond Mathis, 23, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence).

Jesse Charlton, 19, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Aleksandr Demyanov, 30, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI and an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Robert Hall, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Danielle Cunnington, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Shawn Gilmore, 43, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Salvador Miranda, 26, Othello, was booked for possession of methamphetamines, a felon in possession of ammunition, attempted vehicle prowl and an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Valentin Garibay Cruz, 30, Ephrata, was booked for DUI.

Omar Pichardo, 27, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for failing to pay child support.

Richard Hauser, 28, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Roque Vasquez, 24, Moses Lake, was booked for violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence).

Angel Ruiz, 27, Ephrata, was booked for making false statements to law enforcement and third-degree driving with a suspended license, and two outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI.

Gaige Sebens, 25, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for four counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Kittitas County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Alexander Mata, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for criminal mischief while armed.

Mario Rodriguez, 32, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding Chelan County warrants for possession of marijuana and driving without a valid driver's license or other identification.

Frank Botello, 27, Federal Way, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and for interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Dominique Holman, 24, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI, possession of heroin, second-degree possession of stolen property, forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Ulman, 33, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Anthony Montes, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for violation of a no-contact order.

Richard Bertrand, 19, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Kittitas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana by a person under 21 years of age.

Ellis Preston, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree attempted theft and making false statements to law enforcement.

Levi Turcotte, 51, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jesus Balderas Gomez, 52, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Amy Gomez, 35, Pasco, was booked for possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm, outstanding GCSC warrants for possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of forgery, second degree theft, possession of instruments of financial fraud and third-degree theft, and on outstanding Franklin County warrants for first-degree theft and forgery.

Jennica Sam, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of a stolen firearm and an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid driver's license or other identification.

Jeremy Gildow, 22, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
