Homer Clyde Didericksen

Homer Clyde Didericksen, 88, a resident of Moses Lake since 1961, passed away Dec. 1, 2016.

Homer was born to Clyde and Leora Didericksen on Jan. 23, 1928 in Tremonton, Utah. Homer was the first of six children. Homer accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in the mid-’50s.  His faith and his love for God were an example to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Homer married Elaine Francis Jones April 23, 1949. They had 50 wonderful years together until her passing December of 1999. He married his surviving wife, Mildred, September of 2000. He is survived by his sister Carolene Fernau and his four grown children Larry Didericksen (Chris), Christine Blazer (John), Gar Didericksen (Julie) and Shareen Laughlin (Keith).  A highlight for Dad was the annual Labor Day family reunion at the farm, where they enjoyed the presence of children, 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held Dec. 18, 2016 at the Jamison Center from 2-5 p.m.
