Report of cyberbullying; juvenile male was the subject of an unflattering picture on social media. He broke the phone of the person who showed it to him. He was cited for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Fourth Avenue and South Alder Street. Driver of vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and hit vehicle 2.

A 36-year-old man was arrested for third-degree theft and violation of a no-contact order.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of South Pioneer Way and East Hill Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into the back of vehicle 2 due to snow on the road.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at South Pioneer Way and South Clover Drive. Driver of vehicle 2 was traveling too fast to stop at the red light and rear-ended vehicle 1.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 601 South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 2 was stopped for traffic and was rear-ended by vehicle 1. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for following too close.

Report of $50 counterfeit bill at a business at 1158 North Stratford Rd. Video showed man who had paid for merchandise with the bill driving away in what turned out to be a stolen car.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Nelson Road and SR 17. Driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2, which was stopped at a traffic light.

Report of theft from a residence in the 600 block of North Crestview Drive. Unknown suspects stole a Christmas light projector with an estimated value of $60.

A man, no age given, was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence). The man allegedly was throwing items, including a pumpkin, at the victim.

Report of one-vehicle accident at the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and South Melva Lane. Driver of vehicle 1 said he was driving west on Broadway when a car pulled out in front of him. He swerved to miss the other car and ran into the curb.

A 37-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and on an outstanding Grant County warrant for DUI.

A 28-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant for second-degree malicious mischief.

Report of a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Northeast Miller Drive and Northeast Parkway Drive. Vehicle had run into some mailboxes, was blocking the sidewalk and partially blocking the road.

A man reported that his shed had been broken into.

Mailboxes were reported open in the Moses Lake area.

Christmas lights were reported stolen.

A woman reported that her mother had been assaulted by her sister-in-law.

A business reported an attempted break-in in which the side door lock appeared to have been broken off with a pry bar.

A woman reported a female subject going through her belongings and throwing them out.

A man reported that his shed had been broken into.

A male caller reported an unknown subject knocking at his door.

Jose Luquin, 28, no address given, was booked into the Grant County Jail on a U.S. District Court warrant.

Michelle Ybarra, 46, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for unlawfully harboring a minor.

Erick Rocha, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for violation of a protection order, bail jumping and fourth-degree assault and GCDC warrants for reckless endangerment (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and bail jumping.

Quincy Terwisscha, 55, no address given, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and outstanding GCDC warrants for driving without a valid driver's license and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Angeleaha Burks, 35, Yakima, was booked for second-degree burglary.

Jennie Bashaw, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, third-degree theft, making false statements to law enforcement and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

David Montgomery, 36, Othello, was booked for third-degree theft and violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence).

Jonathan Barajas. 21, Moses Lake, was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for second-degree driving with a suspended license and MIP.

Nicholas Swartz, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Snohomish County warrant for violation of a no-contact order.

Robert Fogerson, 37, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Calvin Phillips, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).
