Dec. 2

Report of a vehicle theft at a residence in the 600 block of South Schneirla Avenue. Vehicle was described as a white 1993 four-door Honda Civic with black hood and black rims, Washington license BBS2420.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a residence in the 1400 block of South Monroe Street. Driver of vehicle 1 fell asleep and hit vehicle 2, which was parked and unoccupied.

Report of subject jaywalking at intersection of East Wheeler Road and East Fifth Avenue, obstructing traffic.

A 36-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants.

Report of a motorcycle stolen from a residence in the 600 block of East Nelson Road. Victim said the bike did not run; it is described as a white Honda XR650L with red seat and red fender.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at a business at 210 East Third Avenue. Victim said a white Dodge pickup hit his vehicle and fled the scene.

Report of attempted theft in the 1600 block of South Monroe Street. Subject riding a scooter attempted to take a bicycle from the carport, but couldn't due to a lock on the bike. Subject left the scooter and fled the scene.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree trespassing (domestic violence).

Report of theft from a business at 1158 North Stratford Rd. Reporting party said a unidentified man in a yellow helmet stole potato chips and a six-pack of beer. He left on a red and white Honda motorcycle, which was later found abandoned at the intersection of Lincoln and Dorothy streets.

Dec. 3

Report of theft at a business at 1020 W. Ivy Ave. Thieves stole approximately 24 pairs of sunglasses.

A 33-year-old man was arrested for second-degree criminal trespassing after he was found camping in a field where he had been trespassed previously.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1500 block of West Peninsula Drive. Victim said a back window in his car was broken out sometime overnight. Investigation determined the vehicle was backed into a fence; estimated damage, $300 to vehicle, $50 to fence.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue. Victim's windshield was damaged sometime overnight. Estimated damage $500.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Broadway and South Burress avenues. Driver of vehicle 1 made a right turn to Burress and didn't see vehicle 2, running into it.

A 38-year-old woman was arrested for violating of a no-contact order.

A 39-year-old woman was cited for third-degree theft after attempting to steal items from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of a bicycle stolen from a residence in the 2600 block of West Wall Street. Bike is described as a black BMX style with faded white lettering.

A 19-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Report of a two-vehicle accident at a business at 934 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 made a left turn from North Stratford Road, and failed to yield to vehicle 2 traveling south on Stratford. Vehicles collided in the intersection. Driver of vehicle 1 was transported to Samaritan Hospital with chest pains.

A 47-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

A 20-year-old woman was cited for DUI. Her vehicle was towed.

Dec. 4

Report of suspicious vehicle in the intersection of North Central Drive and West Valley Road. Officers found vehicle occupied and running in the passing lane. Driver was found sleeping in the driver's seat with the vehicle in drive and his foot on the brake. Officers deployed a spike strip then woke the driver, who ignored instruction to turn off the car and attempted to leave the scene. He drove over the spikes, blew a tire, and continued for about 70 yards before stopping. The driver, a 39-year-old man, was arrested for DUI, operating a vehicle without required ignition interlock and first-degree driving with a suspended license.

A 22-year-old man was cited after driving without headlights and overtaking vehicle in no-passing zone. His vehicle was towed.

A 46-year-old man was arrested on an active Washington Department of Corrections felony warrant.

Report of possible theft at a business at 632 South Pioneer Way. Suspect was stopped, gave a false name and attempted to flee. He drove through a nearby fence and crashed into the canal bank, and was found hiding in a field. A 26-year-old man was arrested for hit and run with property damage, eluding, making false statements to law enforcement, obstructing law enforcement, first-degree driving with a suspended license and driving without required ignition interlock.

A 45-year-old man was charged with possession of methamphetamines with intent to deliver and possession of heroin and outstanding warrants, and a 27-year-old woman was arrested for possession of heroin and on outstanding warrants at a residence in the 2000 block of West Broadway Ave. A 54-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants in the same incident.

Mailboxes were reportedly rifled through overnight.

A man reported that his neighbor’s garage had been broken into.

A woman reported that her son had been assaulted.

A business reported a woman wandering in and out harassing customers.

A four-wheeler was reported stolen.

A man reported that a female subject had gotten into his RV and refused to come out.

A man reported that his ex had not returned their child as required by their parenting plan.

An RV park reported that its laundry machines had been broken into and damaged.

A business reported that a male subject had stolen beer.

Dec. 3

Mail was reported stolen.

A woman reported that her cellphone had been stolen and the suspect had been making threats.

A male complainant reported that he was trying to drive through an easement that had been in dispute and the property owner came out and kicked him in his rear.

A man reported that his vehicle window had been broken out.

A purse was reportedly found in a dumpster.

A woman reported that her niece’s car had been broken into.

Dec. 4

A male was reported going around kicking doors and vehicles.

A woman reported that her neighbor’s horses had done damage to her house.

A female caller reported that her brother was out of control and becoming violent.

Regina Anderson, 42, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District court warrant for DUI and an outstanding Benton County warrant.

Dec. 2

Rusty Shumaker, 36, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing and third degree theft.

Yoban Nunez Diaz, 27, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for third-degree assault.

Aric Ames. 29, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Donald Spradling, Jr., 47, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Crystal Northup, 44, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree criminal trespassing (domestic violence).

Delana Williams, 38, Moses Lake, was booked for violation of a protection order.

Michael Cunningham, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI and reckless driving, and on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Alkareem Shadeed, 47, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Javier Adame Madrid, 22, Quincy, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Vicky Stansell, 38, Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Robert Wiley, 49, Soap Lake, was booked for residential burglary.

Jonathan Matte, 19, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for MIP and possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana.

Nadine Kile, 29, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft.

William Laroque, 33, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree criminal trespassing and on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dec. 4

Robert Delvechio IV, 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Jesus Ortiz Gonzalez, 31, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Zufall, 38, Moses Lake, was booked on three Benton County warrants.

Bruce Shelton, 39, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI operating a vehicle without required ignition interlock and first-degree driving with a suspended license.
