Report of a vehicle prowl on Fern Drive. A woman reported her EBT card was stolen and her husband's wallet was missing from her vehicle. The EBT card and wallet were found nearby, but the suspect allegedly used the EBT card for a cash withdrawal at a local bank.

A man reported seeing his previously stolen tablet and keyboard for sale on the internet.

Two suspects reportedly attempted to climb on top of a business's roof in the 100 block of West Third Avenue. The suspects failed and broke an internet line on the building.

Report of an unknown suspect stealing a pair of sunglasses and a lighter leash from a gas station in the 5200 block of Patton Boulevard.

A man told police he hit himself in the head with a wrench to gain attention from his girlfriend after an argument in which he pulled her hair. The man was arrested for fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor warrant.

Report of a paycheck stolen out of a mail box in the 700 block of North Rockport Street.

A 13-year-old boy was detained at Walmart after stealing a $2 beanie. The boy was transported to his residence by police and released to a parent.

A man reported receiving a fraudulent check in the mail.

A woman told police her ex-husband was driving erratically on South Pioneer Way. She said she believed he was trying to run her off the road.

A 14-year-old girl took a bottle of alcohol from Safeway and fled the scene on foot. The girl attempted to get a ride from a passerby, but the passerby upon learning that the girl had stolen from Safeway.

A man reported that his pickup was stolen and left in a field, and that a number of other items had been stolen from his shop.

A male who appeared to be intoxicated was reportedly throwing an object in the air.

A woman reported that her niece was at her house intoxicated and on drugs.

License plates were reported stolen.

A man reported his air compressor and vehicle had been stolen from his shed.

A woman reported that her uncle stole her credit card and used it to buy pizza.

A woman reported that her grandson was out of control, refusing to leave, yelling and threatening his girlfriend.

Dec. 1

Vaughn Walters, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Nicholas Villarreal, 23, no city of residence listed, was arrested for harassment and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Devin Schei, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for a Department of Corrections probation violation and possession of methamphetamine.

Isaiah Fenton, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested for outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and reckless driving.

Elias Russell, 28, of Moscow, Idaho, was arrested for on outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Dion Brown, 29, of Ephrata, was arrested on a DOC order.

Cesar Suarez, 39, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Tyler Brow, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and an outstanding warrant out of King County for violation of a no-contact order.

Manuel Juarez, 45, of Mattawa, was booked for DUI and reckless driving.

Martin Scranton II, 24, of Coulee Dam, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Bryan Burke, 37, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree theft.
