GEORGE — The renowned Marlin Handbell Ringers will give their annual Christmas concert at the George Community Hall on Saturday, Dec. 3.

The concert will conclude a weekend of music in George. On Friday, Dec. 2, the George Community Hall will host the First Friday Jam.

The FFJ is open to any and all lovers of bluegrass and American folk music. Just show up if you play an instrument or like to sing. You may also come just to listen.

As usual, FFJ will open with a 6 p.m. potluck dinner. The jamming will start at 7 p.m.

The Marlin Handbell Ringers appear in George every year. Their music can be a highlight of your Christmas season.

The Georgettes, a George cheerleading group, will serve freshly-made donuts at intermission.
