Notice of Application & Public Hearing City of Othello City Council - Freddie Mac 2nd Avenue Zone Change Notice is hereby given that the Othello City Council will hold a public hearing to consider Residential 2 (R-2) zoning for 848 S. 2nd Avenue which is currently zoned Commercial 1 (C-1) zoning. R-2 zoning is also being considered for 847 and 831 S. 2nd Avenue. A public hearing will be held before the City Council on Monday September 12th, 2016 beginning at 6:30 pm or as soon thereafter as possible, at the City of Othello City Hall, Council Meeting Room, 500 East Main Street, Othello, Washington. The Council will consider all public testimony as they consider an ordinance changing the zoning map for the City of Othello. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTHELLO REPEALING CHAPTER 8.52 ENTITLED "CARRYING LOADED SHOTGUNS IN VEHICLES" In accordance with RCW 35A.12.160, this is a summary of Othello Ordinance No. 1476, passed by the Othello City Council and approved by Mayor Shawn Logan on the 22nd day of August, 2016. The full text may be mailed, free of charge, to any person requesting a copy. SUMMARY This ordinance titled "Carrying Loaded Shotguns in Vehicles" of Title 8 titled "Offenses ?
