An unidentified subject was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was found to have a small baggie of a brown substance and a pipe.
Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. White male suspect allegedly put four bottles of alcohol in a tote bag and fled the scene.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident on West Broadway Avenue. Both drivers were turning left onto Broadway Avenue from the I-90 off ramp, and both claimed the other improperly changed lanes.
Report of attempted theft in the 700 block of South Ironwood Drive. Unknown suspects attempted to enter a shed but only succeeded in cutting off the lock.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in a parking lot in the 1200 block of South Balsam Street. Driver of vehicle 1 backed up and ran into the driver's door of vehicle 2.
A 43-year-old man was arrested for outstanding Benton County warrants.
Report of debit card fraud. Reporting party was contacted by an out-of-state business which claimed she owed $490 in unpaid charges.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in a parking lot at 911 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 was backing up and hit vehicle 2, causing minor damage to both.
Report of theft from a residence in the 600 block of South Burress Avenue. Reporting party said a firearm and new cell phone had been stolen from the bedroom around Aug. 1.
A 15-year-old girl was arrested for third-degree theft and minor in possession after allegedly stealing alcohol from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way.
A 45-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County felony warrant.

Lamar Wynn, 20, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections order.
Oscar Bravo, 23, transient, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.
Matthew Walker, 26, Quincy, was booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for escape from community custody and failing to appear for hearing, and an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.
Isai Ramirez Alvarez, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.
James Dutton, 59, Federal Way, was booked on outstanding Pierce County warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), obstructing law enforcement and resisting arrest.
Jonathan Gruver, 43, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Benton County warrants for second-degree malicious mischief.
Cristo Flores, 21, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a stolen firearm.
Scotty Pando, 45, Moses Lake, was booked for an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamines.
Luis Martinez, 22, Warden, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree possession of stolen property, disorderly conduct, making false statements to law enforcement, resisting arrest, obstructing law enforcement, first-degree negligent driving and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Juan Cordova, 34, Othello, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and outstanding Adams County warrants for first-degree negligent driving and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Brittany Dangerfield, 20, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
