REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTENT TO BID

Letters of Intent to Bid will be received by Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington (AACCW) for provision of congregate and non-medicaid home-delivered meals, to persons who are age 60 and over.

Letters of Intent to Bid will be received by Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington (AACCW) for provision of congregate and non-medicaid home-delivered meals, to persons who are age 60 and over. Nutrition services provide nutritionally sound and satisfying meals (1/3 RDA) in a congregate group setting, or home-delivered meals to those homebound by illness or disability. Service areas include Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, excluding the Colville Reservation, as determined by AACCW. The initial contract will be for the period 1/1/17-12/31/17. AACCW has the option to renew the contract up to three (3) additional 1-year periods.

Formal Letters of Intent to Bid must be received by 4:00 p.m. on September 1, 2016, at AACCW, Attn: Christine Johnson, 50 Simon St. SE, Suite A, E. Wenatchee, WA 98802. Emails will be accepted at johnschr@dshs.wa.gov. Only agencies responding with a Letter of Intent to Bid will be allowed to compete in the procurement process.
