Aug. 23

Report of several items stolen out of a church's storage shed in the 400 block of East Nelson Road.

A business in the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue reported a man and woman were aggressively panhandling on their property in 500 block of East Broadway Avenue. The male suspect reportedly got into an argument with management. The suspects were gone when police arrived at the scene and the business requested they be trespassed from the establishment when they are contacted.

An unknown suspect attempted to make a fraudulent return at a business in the 900 block of North Stratford Road.

Report of a man driving up to an espresso stand with his pants down and private area exposed. The business did not want to pursue charges and the suspect was trespassed from the business.

Report of three fire extinguishers stolen from the outside of an apartment complex in the 1300 block of South Skyline Drive.

An unknown suspect reportedly broke out a window at an apartment in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way.

A man reported he believed the windshield on his car was shot by a neighbor with a BB gun. The neighbor stated her children only had Nerf guns. Both of the parties were advised to stay away from each other.

Report of multiple subjects at McCosh Park after the park had closed. The subjects were contacted by police and advised of the park's hours.

Aug. 22

Norma Mejia, 54, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for violations of probation.

James Lee, 39, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant for violations of probation.

Alonso Aguirre, 22, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Fanesa Santos, 36, no city of residence listed, was booked on a GCDC commitment and will serve three days in jail for third-degree theft.

Konstantin Sergienko, 40, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant for violations of probation.

Adan Longoria, 60, no city of residence listed, was booked on a GCDC commitment and will serve 45 days in jail for DUI.

Eric Deane, 52, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC arrest order for violations of probation.

Jessica Overmars, 27, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing.

James Escure, 27, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Stephen Fankhauser, 41, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and interfering with reporting of domestic violence.

George Metsker, 46, a transient, was booked for possession of methamphetamine and second-degree burglary.

Jaime Hernandez Jr., 21, no city of residence listed, was booked on a DOC order for probation violations.

Patrick Wyena Jr., 38, of Mattawa, was booked on a DOC warrant for probation violations.

Armando Rubio, 29, a transient, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Frank Mendez Jr., 54, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for violations of probation.

Lucious Richard III, 41, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant for violations of probation and an outstanding GCDC warrant for hit-and-run.

Janai Dial, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Lela Meyer, 37, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for first-degree organized retail theft and two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing.

Fortino Campos, 19, of Royal City, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jacklyne Bjornn, 36, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Kyle Armour, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant for probation violations.

Brianna Vasquez, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant for probation violations.
