Aug. 18
Report of a generator stolen out of the back of a pickup truck in the 400 block of East Brown Avenue.
Report of a window on a portable classroom broken out in the 2400 block of West Texas Street.
A Rite Aid manager reportedly stopped an elderly man from wiring $3,000 to Canada in a scheme involving people impersonating Fort Lauderdale Police and the man's granddaughter.
Report of a vehicle broken into in the 200 block of South Pioneer Way. Several items were reportedly stolen out of the vehicle.
A man was trespassed from a business in the 900 block of North Stratford Road after reportedly looking through the business's tip jar for money to buy marijuana.
A woman told police she witnessed an intoxicated man fall off his bicycle in the 700 block of North Stratford Road. Police could not locate the man.
A man and woman were permanently trespassed from a business in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way after reportedly arguing in front of the business while intoxicated.
Report of numerous items stolen out of a shed in the 10800 block of Farmers Road.
A woman told police she purchased an ice cream cone at Dairy Queen and was never given back her debit card. Employees checked the business, but could not find the card. The woman was advised to contact her bank and freeze the card.

Aug. 19
Three Safeway baskets were located in some brush behind a business in the 600 block of East Fifth Avenue.
Police contacted a woman who was sleeping on a sidewalk in front of a business in the 1300 block of South Pioneer Way. The woman agreed to move from the area.
Report of a wallet stolen out of a vehicle in the 2400 block of West Marina Drive.
The manager of a business in the 2000 block of East Wheeler Road reported several items have been stolen from their business since Aug. 15.
A man was observed urinating on the exterior back wall of a business on South Pioneer Way. The suspect was found to have a confirmed Franklin County warrant and was placed into custody.
Report of a disorderly man harassing customers at a business in the 200 block of West Third Avenue. The man reportedly left the area in a white Chevrolet Malibu with Idaho license plates.
A man reported his vehicle was stolen out of the Safeway parking lot.
Report of several items stolen out of a shed in the 1700 block of West Crouse Street.
A woman reported several items were stolen out of her boat in the 900 block of East Ball Court sometime during the past week.
A woman reported her purse was stolen while she was at an apartment complex in the 900 block of Northwest Sunburst Court.
Aug. 20
Police received a report of a juvenile snorting cocaine off the back of a vehicle in the 600 block of North Stratford Road. The juvenile was contacted and found to be in possession of items stolen from a nearby gas station and .5 grams of cocaine. The boy was booked into the Grant County Juvenile Detention facility.
A man was arrested for felony harassment and warrants after he reportedly threatened to shoot staff at Samaritan Hospital.
A man was reportedly putting his gun away in his apartment in the 1100 block of North Grape Drive and the gun accidentally discharged into a wall. The bullet went into another bedroom and lodged into a wall. No one was injured and the bullet did not leave the man’s apartment.
Report of fence poles stolen from a church’s property in the 700 block of South Ironwood Drive.
A man was arrested for a valid warrant he had out for his arrest after he was spotted urinating on the Alder Street Fill.
Report of a man and woman allegedly having sex behind a dumpster in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue. The man and woman denied the allegation when contacted by police and were advised to go inside their apartment.
Aug. 21
Report of a watch and $20 in cash stolen from a residence in the 1200 block of East Terrace Avenue.
A woman reported her vehicle was entered in the 2000 block of West Peninsula Drive and rummaged through. There was no damage done to the vehicle and nothing appeared to be missing.
A woman was arrested after reportedly striking a bicyclist with her car in a crosswalk in the 200 block of West Broadway Avenue and fleeing the scene.
Report of some bicycles stolen out of a shed in the 800 block of West Broadway Avenue.
A woman was reportedly caught rummaging through bags at the Surf ‘n Slide Water Park and fled the scene on foot. The woman was located and admitted to stealing items in two separate incidents. The stolen items were returned and the woman was arrested for theft.
A woman reported several items were stolen out of her vehicle in the 1400 block of West Lee Street.
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle prowl in the 800 block of East Sharon Avenue. Some doors on a vehicle at the location were reportedly open when officers arrived at the scene, but nothing appeared to be disturbed inside the vehicle.

Jose Garza, 59, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for distribution of marijuana, manufacture/cultivation of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of a building for drug purposes and use of drug paraphernalia.
Diego Cano, 22, of Othello, was arrested and booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief.
Erik Plaza, 23, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Nicholas Essex, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Sarah Elliott, 34, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Allen Wesley, 42, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing and use/delivery of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Rogers, 33, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary (domestic violence).
Aug. 19
Rosa Campos, 35, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Joshua Eaton, 35, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for intimidating a public servant, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Melvin Toulou Jr., 43, of Grand Coulee, was booked for second-degree possession of stolen property and second-degree trafficking stolen property.
Ian Libby, 26, of Ephrata, was arrested for a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant.
Nicholas Lorenzini, 31, of Seattle, was arrested and booked on an outstanding warrant out of Snohomish County for reckless driving.

Donald Cardenas, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Rodolfo Ramirez Jr., 31, of Moses Lake, was arrested for harassment and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Viviana Lima, 22, of Royal City, was arrested for outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, hit-and-run of unattended property, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system, and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license
Jared Milam, 31, of Omak, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Okanogan County for third-degree malicious mischief.
Daniel Zellmer, 63, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC secretary’s warrant.
Tina Kayser, 50, of Soap Lake, was arrested for false reporting and disorderly conduct.
Robert Gwinn, 36, of Moses Lake, was arrested for an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless driving and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
