trust a Deed of Trust recorded under Auditor's/Recorder's File No. 1211485 from DAVID and CAROL ERSKINE, husband and wife, whose address is 29240 164th Ave., Kent, WA 98042, as Grantors, to SECURITY TITLE GUARANTY, Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of FRANK KRAFT, whose address is 103 Rockingham Court, Longwood, FL 32779, as Beneficiary. That JOHN P. GLEESING, Attorney at Law, was appointed Successor Trustee by document recorded March 23, 2016, under Auditor's number 1360524. II. No action commenced by the Beneficiaries of the Deed of Trust are now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Borrower's or Grantor's default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. secured by the Deed of Trust is: Principal $63,000.00, together with interest as in the note provided from the 1st day of July 2010, and such other costs, fees and cross collateralization charges as are due under the note or other instrument secured, and as are provided by statute. V. The above described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust as provided by statute.
