NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Hemerejido and Angelica Flores, 4671 Sagehill Road, Othello, WA 99344 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2016-05.
The application is a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a new church building in the Basin City Rural Settlement Area. The church building is proposed to be approximately 3600 square feet in size.
The subject parcel is described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Basin City No. 1, Block 15, Lot 9.
NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The property is located in Basin City at the northwest intersection of R-170 and Loen Drive at site address 7180 R-170 (Parcel Number 121235109).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on September 6, 2016 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning and Building Department, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington 99301.
