NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GEN-X ENERGY GROUP, INC., which maintains its principal office at 2705 Saint Andrews Loop, Suite E, Pasco, Washington 99301, was dissolved on July 26. 2016. Any claim against GEN-X ENERGY GROUP, INC., its directors, officers, employees, or agents; or its shareholders or their transferees must be mailed before November 22, 2016 to:

Your claim must set forth the following information:

1. The full name, address, telephone number, and email address of the

person(s) or business entity making a claim; and
