AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OTHELLO MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 5 TITLED "HEALTH AND SANITATION" In accordance with RCW 35A.12.160, this is a summary of Othello Ordinance No. 1475, passed by the Othello City Council and approved by Mayor Shawn Logan on the 8th day of August, 2016. The full text may be mailed, free of charge, to any person requesting a copy. SUMMARY This ordinance expands the prohibited conditions of vegetation or debris on real property to include the presence of noxious weeds.
