2016-2017 School Year

Notice is hereby given that the Royal School District No. 160 will accept bids on bread and dairy products.

Detailed specifications can be obtained by emailing Missy Tomjack at mtomjack@royal.wednet.edu, by writing Royal School District PO Box 486 Royal City, WA 99357, or by calling 509-346-2222.

Bid Award: Bids must be received by 4:00 PM August 29th. Sealed bids are to be submitted by mail or in person in an envelope clearly marked “Call For Bids: Bread and Dairy.” Bids will be opened on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. for tabulation in the Administrative Office. Interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. The bids will be publicly read aloud and a bid may/will be awarded at the Regular Board Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on August 29, 2016. The Royal School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
