Aug. 11

A man reported about 800 pills were stolen out of his hotel room in the 3000 block of West Marina Drive.

A woman reported a large white dog attacked her dog and tore its right ear. Police could not find the white dog.

Report of several items stolen out of a storage unit in the 1500 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A business in the 5200 block of Patton Boulevard Northeast reported an unknown suspect approach their front doors and struck them twice with an object. The subject fled the area on foot and was not located.

Report of a small build Caucasian woman with short blond hair stealing two bottles of wine from a gas station in the 600 block of North Stratford Road and fleeing the scene in a black passenger vehicle.

A man was permanently trespassed from Safeway after putting his dog in a store shopping cart and stopping customers while begging for money.

Report of a woman stumbling and passing out in a flower bed in the 400 block of South Balsam Street. The woman was found by police passed out in the flower bed with an open container of alcohol. The woman advised she was sorry and was warned by police for having an open container in city limits.

A man told police he paid for his girlfriend to stay at a hotel in the 900 block of West Broadway Avenue. She did not want him at the room and made him leave. He said he wanted his money back, but the hotel refused. The man was advised the issue was a civil matter.

Report of a subject hitting signs with a golf club in the area of West Broadway Avenue. Police could not locate the subject.

A man reported cattle loose in his sweet corn.

A vacant house was reportedly broken into the previous weekend.

A woman reported that her ex, against whom she has a restraining order, sent her a threatening message.

A man reported that his girlfriend assaulted him.

A woman reported graffiti on a home and mailbox.

A woman reported that a subject harassed her daughter by listing the daughter’s info in a Craigslist ad for sex.

A fraudulent phone call purporting to be from the IRS was reported.

A woman reported that her 15-year-old grandson trashed her residence and then left.

A man reported hearing six gunshots and seeing a car speed away.

A woman reported that subjects she didn’t know were walking around her property, looking in windows and trying to get into her shop.

A man reported that somebody broke int his garage and went through his vehicle and storage.

A large cow was reported along the roadway.

A woman reported that a male subject with no shirt and no teeth broke into her house. She yelled at him and he fled to a field near her house.

A woman reported that $43 was taken from her pants pocket while she was asleep.

A woman reported that a subject was going through her neighbor’s mail.

A subject was reportedly spotted trying to break through a fence into a storage business.

Unsupervised juveniles were reported int he roadway.

A man reported that a subject moved into his house, had not paid rent and refused to answer his calls.

A male caller reported that someone was threatening his life over the phone and on Facebook.

A man reported that his neighbor kicked his door and threatened to have him put into a wheelchair.

A man reported that he allowed his ex to borrow his motor home and she trashed it.
