Moses Lake Police Department
Aug. 9
A man claimed he was chased on his bicycle by people who stated they were with the U.S. marshals. He said he rode away and once he stopped he noticed the trailer on the back of his bike was gone. The trailer reportedly contained the man’s backpack and a pressure washer he said he recently purchased. The items were later located and the pressure washer was logged into police property.
A woman told police her neighbor did not like her taking pictures of him with her phone and he tried to take the phone away from her. Police determined no assault had occurred.
Report of items stolen out of a cargo trailer in the 1000 block of West Marina Drive.
Report of some gang graffiti on a wall in the 700 block of South Clover Drive.
Police contacted a woman who was on the edge of the westbound Interstate 90 overpass in the 2700 block of West Broadway Avenue. The woman was crying and officers were able to remove her from the edge and transport her to Grant County Mental Health.
Report of three boys on the roof of Knolls Vista Elementary School. Upon police arrival the boys were not on the roof and the school’s principal advised she did not want to pursue charges.
Report of water coming out of a sewer man-hole in the 800 block of South Division Street. The city streets department was notified by MACC Dispatch.
A woman reported several items were stolen out of her vehicle in the 1500 of South Division Street. No signs of forced entry were found on the vehicle and the woman believed a hide-a-key might have been used.

Aug. 9
A child was reported wandering loose in a diaper. A neighbor picked the child up before calling police.
A man reported that a gun was stolen from his residence.
A subject was reported hanging over an overpass.
A woman reported a strange goat standing on her patio.
Subjects were reported riding four-wheelers with small children on them.
A man reported that his ex had dropped the kids off with him, although it was not his weekend to have them.
A computer, which had been picked up off the road a couple of months earlier, was reportedly found to have child pornography on it.
A woman reported bicycles stolen.
Drug paraphernalia was reportedly found in a repossessed vehicle.

A woman reported that her fiance put his hands on her.
A man reported that he believed his ex-wife was packing up and planning to take his children and move away.

Aug. 9
Joseph Warner, 33, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention for probation violation.
Jonathan Randall, 36, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for possession of a dangerous weapon and a DOC case.
Walter Martin, 43, of Spokane, was arrested and booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for possession of methamphetamine, first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree criminal trespassing.
Jesus Gonzalez, 30, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Douglas County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Aaron Garza, 31, no city of residence listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
Salvador Alvarez, 50, no city of residence listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless driving.
Ailisa Frye, 23, of Lakewood, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for two counts of forgery.
Arturo Dominguez, 36, no city of residence listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Brian Nielson, 68, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant.
Clarence Forech Jr., 46, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Adelida Gross, 34, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Cameron Johnson, 28, of Wenatchee, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
