Aug. 5
Report of attempted phone fraud. Caller claimed to be a relative in trouble with the law and in need of money, but reporting party hung up.
Report of theft at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Business received package from a delivery company, but when employees opened the box several items had been stolen. Estimated value about $3,400.
A juvenile girl, age not given, was arrested for criminal impersonation. She was stopped for driving without headlights and gave her sister’s ID.
Aug. 6
A 24-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Oregon felony warrant for burglary following a fight at a business at 1165 North Stratford Rd.
Report of burglary in the 2000 block of West Lakeside Drive. Unknown suspect stole undisclosed tools.
Report of a vehicle prowl in the 700 block of South Woodberry Street.
A 19-year-old man was located in an abandoned house in the 900 block of East Alderwood Drive and was arrested on an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana by a person less than 21 years of age.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at West Broadway and West Third avenues.
A 36-year-old man was arrested for second-degree assault (domestic violence), third degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and two counts of interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
Report of telephone fraud. Victim said she received a phone call from a person claiming to be her grandson, in trouble with the law in Oregon and asking for money. Victim sent an undisclosed amount of cash.
Report of attempted theft at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Suspect left the store with items, saw law enforcement officers, put down the basket and attempted to flee. Case is still under investigation.
Report of theft at a residence in the 1500 block of North Daniel Street. Victim said portable disabled-access ramps were stolen sometime between midnight and 10 a.m. The ramps were valued at about $300, are made of aluminum and fold up for transport.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and South Alder Street. Driver of vehicle 1 was waiting to turn left off Broadway when he was rear-ended by vehicle 2.
Aug. 7
Multiple reports of a man chasing vehicles and walking into the roadway on Patton Boulevard. A 24-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct.
A juvenile male, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) following a disturbance in the 800 block of South Winona Street.
Report of vandalism at a residence in the 900 block of North Stratford Road. Victim said unknown subjects pulled off a window screen, but didn’t gain entry to the residence.
Report of bicycle stolen from a residence in the 3400 block of West Sage Road. While officer was speaking with the victim, he observed a person riding a bicycle of a similar description. Owner of the bike identified it as his, and the subject said he found the bike on the bike path near the 2400 block of West Broadway Avenue. He denied stealing the bike. Case is still under investigation.
Report of a fight in a room at a business at 905 West Broadway Avenue, possibly with weapons involved. The case is still under investigation.
A 53-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant following a traffic stop. A passenger in the vehicle, a 27-year-old woman, also was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant.
Report of disturbance in the parking lot of a business at 1014 West Broadway Avenue. Reporting parties said an unknown suspect threatened them with a bottle.
Report of theft in the 500 block of West Crest Drive. Victim said his bicycle had been stolen from the back porch of his residence sometime during the last week. Bike is described as a red mountain bike missing a rear sprocket.
Report of vehicle prowl in the 600 block of North Torrey Pines Drive. Victim said unknown suspects broke into his work truck sometime over the weekend and took tools valued at about $1,500.
Report of toy wagon stolen from a residence in the 500 block of West Crest Drive. Wagon was described as a red Radio Flyer with a wood panel on the back. Approximate value $160.

Javier Balderas, 25, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).
Alejexandro Huerta, 32, Mattawa, was booked for possession of methamphetamines, obstructing a law enforcement officer and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Itzel Morales Hernandez, 20, Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.
Jeffrey Hammon, 34, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Jesse Parker III, 23, Airway Heights, was booked for first-degree theft and second-degree trespassing.
Toribio Hernandez, Jr., 40, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Steven Perez, 29, Quincy, was booked for an outstanding GCDC warrant for being in physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.
Hernan Flores, 26, Royal City, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant.
Pedro Navarro, 49, Yakima, was booked on a one-day GCDC commitment for DUI.
Hillary Holt, 27, Quincy, was booked for second-degree theft.
Charlotte Albert, 50, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree burglary, third-degree assault of a child, three counts of indecent exposure, third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and two outstanding Lincoln County warrants.

Cedonia Williams, 32, Grand Coulee, was booked for possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree driving without valid driver’s license.
Alejandro Madrigal, Jr., 20, Quincy, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for theft and driving without a driver’s license or other identification.
John Mares, 36, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and two accounts with interfering with reporting of domestic violence.
Keith Angel, 44, no residence listed, was booked for DUI.
Jacob Marchand, 44, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Lucas Jara, 18, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana more than 1 ounce and less than 40 grams, and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving without a driver’s license.

Johnathan Matte, 19, transient, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
