Moses Lake Police Department
Aug. 4
An unknown suspect cut through a business’s fence in the 12200 block of North Frontage Road and reportedly stole two motorcycles and a trailer. The trailer was later found in Adams County, but the motorcycles were not recovered.
Report of a man carrying a firearm into a business in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way. The report was determined to be unfounded.
Police were advised of some transients camping in the 900 block of South Division Street alongside a bike path.
Report of a man slouched over a steering wheel in a vehicle in the area of South Sand Dunes Road and South Camas Place. The man was contacted and found to be having a medical issue.
Police contacted a man who was lying by some trash cans in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road and refusing to leave. The man was found to be highly intoxicated and was transported to the hospital.
Report of an unknown subject spray-painting a car in the 9700 block of Parkway Drive Northeast.
Report of a black BMW and white passenger car racing in the area of 1300 block of West Century Street.
Police contacted a boy in a business’s break room in the 3200 block of Road N Northeast. The boy said he was trying to get a ride to his sister’s house in Tacoma. The boy was found to be an unreported runaway, returned to his home and released to his guardian.
Report of an elderly male falling down multiple times in the 1600 block of West Broadway Avenue and leaving the area in a blue Ford Taurus. Police checked the area, but could not locate the car.

A female caller reported that her friend was being beaten up by her husband.
A woman reported that her ex’s girlfriend had followed her and was harassing her.
A man reported mail stolen.
Aug. 4
A woman reported that a person whom police were looking for was at her house.
A mother reported that a male subject assaulted her son.
A woman reported that her vehicle had been vandalized. One tire was flat and appeared to have been cut.
A jack and jack stand were reported stolen.
A woman reported a lost passport.
A man reported finding BB divots in his door and siding.
An abandoned utility trailer was reported sitting just barely off the roadway.
A man reported that a female whom he had allowed to stay a short time at his residence was tearing things up,
Cattle and goats were reported running at large.
Kids were reported shooting BB guns at a garbage can.
A woman reported that a 15-year-old subject pulled a knife on her daughter.
Aug. 5
A man reported that his neighbor’s dog wouldn’t leave his house.
A vehicle was reported parked on the side of the street with its driver side door wide open.
A woman reported hearing a female in a nearby trailer screaming “rape.”
An abandoned vehicle was reported sitting partway into the roadway.

Aug. 4
David Rice, 27, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Omar Flores, 46, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for unlawful harboring of a minor.
Michelle Ybarra, 46, of Quincy, was booked for harboring a minor.
Danielle Wick, 27, of Soap Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant.
Tamerie Jones, 36, of East Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant.
Dawn Price, 32, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Dion Brown, 28, of Soap Lake, was booked for violating conditions of a DOC case.
