Aug. 2

  • Report of rock thrown through the rear window of a business in the 300 block of South Cedar Street. Several railroad ties were stacked outside so the suspects could climb through the window. Several cabinets were went through in the business, but nothing was reported to be missing.
  • A man advised police of above average motor and foot traffic in the area of residence in the 1700 block of East Pirate Lane. The man requested extra patrols and stated he would contact police if he spotted any suspicious activity.
  • A man reported seeing his stolen vehicle on South Pioneer Way. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Report of an oxygen machine and two speakers stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of North Central Drive.
  • Report of two bicycles stolen from a residence in the 1000 block of West Bruce Street.
  • A woman reported her vehicle was damaged while parked in the Samaritan Hospital parking lot.
  • A juvenile reportedly put another juvenile into a choke hold and stole $7 from the victim’s pocket. When the victim attempted to get up, another juvenile grabbed the victim’s arm and knocked the person back down. The two juvenile suspects were arrested and booked for assault, theft and robbery.
  • Police contacted a man who was sleeping near a dumpster behind a restaurant in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road. The man advised he had missed the bus. He eventually left the area with the intention of catching another bus.
  • A man told police he was driving in the 800 block of Sharon Avenue when he noticed a crowd of people. He allegedly stopped to ask what was going on and was approached by an unknown Hispanic man who kicked the side of his car and told him to leave. The suspect reportedly left the area in a gray or light blue van.
  • A woman told police she believes a woman stolen $130 worth of jewelry from her residence in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue. Police could not locate the suspect.
  • A woman reported being bitten by a dog on Lakeside Drive. The woman reportedly had a bite mark on the left side of her elbow, but officers could not locate the dog in the area.

  • A man reported that someone used his credit card.
  • A woman reported hearing gunshots and shouting near her residence.
  • A man reported that his wallet had been stolen over the weekend.
  • A dead goat was reportedly left in a field.
  • A male caller reported that he believes somebody is tapping his phone.
  • A woman reported that her vehicle’s windshield had been broken.
  • A woman reported that her grandson’s bike had been stolen overnight.
  • A man reported seeing his vehicle, which had been stolen overnight, drive by him.
  • A man reported that a male subject he had hired has been stealing items from him.
  • A woman reported being threatened by her children’s father and grandfather.
  • A man reported that his niece stole his vehicle.
  • A man reported that he was arguing with his son and the son threatened to come back with friends to “get back at” him.
  • A man reported that his landlord came into his trailer and pushed him.
  • A bloody knife was reportedly found in a public restroom.

  • Blanca Perez, 20, of Quincy, was arrested for second-degree theft.
  • Brittney Watson, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.
  • Kyla Labat, 30, of Pasco, was arrested on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
  • Christopher Blodgett, 29, of Lind, was arrested on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
  • Rusty Porter, 51, of Nespelem, was arrested on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
  • Karen Harvill, 57, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for forgery.
  • Amanda Hendrick, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested for an outstanding GCSC warrant for first-degree trafficking stolen property.
  • Aurelio Hernandez, 31, of Quincy, was arrested on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and second-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
  • Efrain Madrid, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for two counts of second-degree assault.
  • Frank Mendez Jr., 54, of Moses Lake, was arrested on a Department of Corrections arrest and detention order for using a controlled substance.
  • Eduardo Lara, 36, of Othello, was arrested and booked on a DOC order of arrest and detention order for violations of probation.
  • Michael Stead Jr., 29, of Electric City, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for criminal solicitation and second-degree criminal trespassing.
  • Daniel Lyles, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for reckless driving, eluding, third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license, three counts of hit-and-run of an attended vehicle, an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding warrant out of Franklin County for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
  • Madeline Leavitt, 42, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

  • Adam Phelps, 30, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
