Warden police seek burglary, sexual assault suspect

WARDEN — The Warden Police Department, working in a joint investigation with the Mattawa Police Department, requests help finding a suspect allegedly involved in a burglary and sexual assault.
The suspect is Efren Hernandez Ponce, 22, and the alleged crime occurred on July 30 at 5 a.m.
Hernandez Ponce is said to be a Hispanic male who is 5 feet, 9 inches and 137 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. More, Hernandez Ponce has a pierced lower lip and pierced upper right ear.
Hernandez Ponce is believed to be in the Mattawa or Yakima Valley area and could be headed to California.
