Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on July 5, 2016 from Ed Schempp (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), and was found to be technically complete on July 21, 2016. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of two parcels totaling approximately 87.73 acres. The short subdivision will create four lots, each approximately 21.96 acres. The lots will be for residential use. LOCATION: The project site is located north of the intersection of Johnson Rd. NW and Sagebrush Flats Rd. NW. The proposed division is located in the East 1/2 of Section 7, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #s 14-1347- 501 & 14-1347- 502. ZONING: Rural Remote. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
