J Keele Photography earns professional designation

MOSES LAKE — It takes an eye and a knowledge of technology to make professional photography happen and J Keele of J Keele Photography joins a prestigious group as a Certified Professional Photographer

J Keele Photography in Moses Lake earned the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation from Professional Photographers of America.

“Certification was important to me for two key reasons.” Keele said. “First, quality has always been a defining part of who I am. It is important to me that I consistently provide high-quality portraits to my customers. I honor the trust put in me to capture those moments that will become their memories. Second, I made a deep personal commitment to be the best that I can be. Preparing for certification challenged me to test my skills and knowledge, the experience has improved my capabilities as a photographer. When my customers come to me, they can be confident that they are hiring a true professional.”

Keele earned this designation after completing an intensive program that measures his artistic and technical competence. Professional Photographers of America currently recognizes fewer than 2,500 CPPs. Keele has been serving the community for 10 years, is the only Certified Professional Photographer in Moses Lake and one of only a handful in the entire state.

Professional Photographers of America PPA.com/CPP is the leading body for certifying imaging professionals. CPPs must complete a written examination, finish an image evaluation and adhere to a strict code of conduct.
