Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on March 31, 2016 from Allen Evenson (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on April 14, 2016. Project: A Short Subdivision of 2 parcels totaling approximately 80.67 acres into three (3) lots. Lot 1 will be 73.60 acres and will have the designated open space of 40.34 acres. Lot 2 will be 2.79 acres, will have residential capacity. Lot 3 will be 3.16 acres with an existing residence. Location: The property is located at 1526 Rd T SW, Quincy WA. The parcel is approximately 3 miles southwest of the city of George, WA. The parcel is in the SE corner of Section 10, Township 18 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Office Hours: 8 am - 12 noon, 1pm - 4 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5pm on May 11, 2016. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
