NOTICE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION

Project: 20-NE Road CRP 15-06

Owner: Grant County Public Works

Starting April 25th HLT Construction Inc. will start work on the following project:

The project will be improving approximately 4.86 miles of existing County roadway 20-NE. Improvement will mean reconstruction of existing roads by grading, graveling, seeding of exposed slopes and other related work. The section of road to be improved is 20-NE starting at Adrian NE intersection to Stratford Road intersection. All work will be done within existing County Right of Ways.

This project will start Monday, April 25 and will be complete July 20, 2016. Grant County Road Crew will apply bituminous surface treatment “BST” after this date. Roadways within project limits will be closed to through traffic; however there will be at least one lane open at all times for emergencies and local traffic. HLT will restore two-way traffic at the end of each working day. Detour to SR 28.
