Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Soap Lake will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed City of Soap Lake 2016 Parks and Capital Improvement Program. An open public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers at Soap Lake City Hall, 239 2nd Ave SE, Soap Lake, Washington.
