PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 20.34 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on April 1, 2016 from Robert Fuller (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376) was found to be technically complete on April 5, 2016. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 20.34 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 4.97 acres in size, and will contain an existing shop and well. Lots 2 and 3 will both be approximately 4.97 acres in size, and are presently vacant. Lot 4 will be approximately 4.98 acres in size, and is also vacant. The intended use of each of the proposed lots is residential. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 6838 Road 10 NW, Ephrata, WA. The subject parcel is located approximately 4 miles southwest of the city limits of Ephrata, WA, and approximately 8 miles east of the city limits of Quincy, WA. The parcel is also approximately 1.90 miles southwest of the intersection of State Highway 28 and State Highway 283, and approximately 1.20 miles east of the intersection of Road 10 NW and Road H NW, and in the SW quarter of Section 12, Township 20 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #15-1889-000). ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
