Beverly Jean Tolleson Mabe

February 26, 1929 – April 5, 2016

Our beloved mother, Beverly (Bev) Jean Tolleson Mabe, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 5, 2016 at the age of 87. Bev was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Lawrence L. Mabe, son Rodney L. Mabe, daughter-in-law Janice and sister Yvonne Stauffer.

Bev is survived by five children: son, Larry, who took extraordinary care of her since her move to Moses Lake from Bothell, Wash.; son, Michael and wife Linda;, daughter, Linda and sons, Jack and Rick; seven grandchildren: Todd and wife Joey; Jake and wife Jennifer; Melissa and husband Shawn; Gary, Eddie, Laura and Josh; 10 great-grandchildren: Joe, Megan, Emily, Tia, Jacie, Dylon, Ashton, Taylor, Angela and Cole; three nieces: Janet and Bart Boyette, Carolyn and Chuck Ihrig and Marian Dreier; four nephews: Bill, Mike, Gene and Sam Mabe and extended family and friends, Billie Arnold, Maria Gray, Barbara Meads and Cynde Goldsmith.

A woman of strong faith and the heart of the Mabe family, Bev was always there when one of the kids needed a ride to or from their jobs, practice or games. She never forgot a name, a face, a special date, anyone’s birthday or the amount of calories in any kind of food! Her smile made the entire room light up. Everyone she knew has a special memory of her.
