Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on March 25, 2016 from Port District No.2 of Grant County (Designated Contact: J. Curtis & Associates, Inc., PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on April 11, 2016. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of a 17.33 acre parcel to create four (4) lots in the Urban Light Industrial Zone. The lots will range in size from 2.5 acres to 7.00 acres and will be for industrial use only. LOCATION: The project site is located on the West side of Road

E SW, just South of SR 26, approximately one mile east of Royal City. The site is located in the East 1/2 of Section 7, Township 16 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-0077-000.
